All items are packaged and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground to get you the best prices and delivery speeds we can. All items will include tracking and shipping insurance up to $100. Claims for missed shipments, stolen packaged or missing mail are the responsibility or the purchaser.

Returns

All of our products are final sale, however if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us at print@creationlabshop.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Clothing items can be exchanged but the cost of return shipping and re-shipment is at the expense of the customer. We do our best to list measurements for items where available and encourage you to check prior to ordering. If you have any questions before placing your order, please reach out!
